  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or videos.
  • Products must remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Approved refunds are credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side.
